I considered it obvious. Surely it's clear that people are going to romance Jacob who don't care about the actual romance, but want to see what happens? I probably will sooner or later.spirosz wrote...
Yes, go to ME2 section and go to the Jacob thread. Go to tumblrs. Talk to other people who enjoyed Mass Effect and one thing, you did not state caonically, you said "Nobody romanced him" - which doesn't refer to anything canon.
Canonical romance, spirosz. Can you find me a canonical romance?

It is important, but a player is not "restricted" to one playthrough.

Nobody's getting screwed over. Nobody romanced him.
David.
Do I even need to reply to this? You're just in a trolling mood today, aren't you?
I respect that, haha.
Hell there was a whole thread deadicated to the guy, I'm sure he was the primary romance for at a few people in there.

Now, a canonical romance is completely different. So a canonical romance is what we need to be looking for.

Diverse characters, particularly diverse characters with a role in the story, generally aren't going to get 'equal' content. That's really just the end of it. Even 'equal' screentime is rarely going to mean 'equal' quality. And it's a foolhardy goal to place above quality anyway.
Oh the double standars I feel. You wouldn't be saying this if Miranda took over half of Liara's role in ME3, which is just as and even more viable from the state of ME2, but blue.
Oh completely. Miranda being on the Normandy in ME3 makes far more sense than Liara in my opinion.
Doesn't the blueberry have a Shadow Broker Organization to run? Why is she putting it in danger by placing it on the Normandy? Why is she going on missions instead of organizing them for her group?

Why would you state that generlization? And what does that mean, to see what happens? Nobody knew what was going to happen to Jacob, Jack, Liara (pretty obvious though), Miranda, etc in ME3. People who romanced Jacob are going in because A.) They like him, B.) They like him, C.) They like him.
If you believe that people were going into any relationship in ME3 to just see it turn into a disaster... then I don't know what to say.

The point you seem to be missing spirosz, is that nobody cares about Jacob. People romancing Jacob on their 10th playthrough, as I might, does not mean they care about the romance or have any investment in the outcome. It means they want to see what happens.
Now, a canonical romance is completely different. So a canonical romance is what we need to be looking for.
The point I seem to be missing is that I'm not generalizing. Take away nobody and put in certain people don't care about Jacob, that is true - as can be stated for every single NPC in the series.

Utter nonsense, spirosz. I said it when Miranda 'took over' for Liara in ME 2. I said it then, and I'm saying now. I said it when the ME 2 characters came. I say it when they left.
I'm sure you didn't.
I believe you cried under a table and frothed with rage that Miranda, a flawed character, was in the game while Liara virtually disappeared.

How the hell do you decide for other people what is canon and what isn't.
The illusion of power for you perhaps.
Do you feel powerful David?

Why active?
You are aware that it is almost two years after the last game in a trilogy, right? Most people have moved on.

T'soni's usefulness ended after Mars. She would be more useful going to Hackett by gathering resources and at the sametime doing her broker thing.MassivelyEffective0730 wrote...

Leave the fighting to someone capable like Miranda . Besides that, she looks better being in her office anyways.
