I remember playing DA2 for the first time as a mage, and had enough money to buy some mage related stuffs. At the time I didn't know where the mage store was at so I was doing some searching around to find it. I went to the gallows and there it was.... the mage shop and with a tranquil who is selling the goods. I couldn't help but to see a potential bait that was left by the Templars to try to lure apostates (or capture folks who’s harboring apostates) in so they can throw the net over them, and take them to the Circle.
Has anyone been this cautious and paranoid when purchasing items from this Tranquil as a mage?

I don't think I've heard that particular conspiracy theory around here yet so kudos for that.
Also, that shop isn't the only mage item shop in Kirkwall. Contrary to what personnel managers tell you, good staff isn't hard to find.
