As I am using TonyK's AI for a long time, I am not sure if it happens without it. But sometimes, when playing DnD hardcore difficulty or harder, companions start infighting when an area spell cast by a companion affects others. Usually, it stops if I issue command "follow me" and then issue another command either "attack nearest" or "guard me". But sometimes, grudge seems to continue and every time some enemy is near (and I am issuing "attack nearest" or "guard me" command), infighting starts again. Is there any way to let companions forget the grudge and stop infighting?

Just a guess that might not involve a bug -- could one of your companions be casting a spell like "Confusion", which can cause a creature to attack its allies? At the higher difficulties, area of effect spells can affect party members.

AFAIK neither my PC nor companions can cast Confusion or similar spells. The initial infighting started when a companion cast some other area effect spell, I guess.
And ... after exiting and re-starting the game for several times, the infighting stopped. I don't know what happened.
