Why is FB Condor so unpopular?

The top of the hill only has two outlets so it's pretty easy to get trapped if a couple teammates go down while you are up there, and no ammo box. Sightlines are great for enemy sniping. Ammo box trolling is a real PITA, not just for grenades - getting only five shells for my Claymoar at the start of a round is not fun, given none of the boxes are in a "safe" location and the paths between are themselves dangerous no matter where the enemy.
If as a team you can go from ammo box to ammo box on the perimeter, everyone dealing terrific amounts of damage, it's not so bad - someone else can pick up your own slack until you get a refill. But it can be pretty messy when that doesn't happen.
I think it's a "challenging" map on Gold and Platinum.

my experience on condor with the harrier is
-run to ammo box #1 only to have a teammate get there just before you
-run to ammo box #2 to find it is also empty because of another teammate
-run to ammo box #3, get like 30 bullets, wave then starts and you have enough ammo to kill basically one enemy

It's all the way out in the middle of No Man's Land and going to it between waves derps the spawns up.
