hi i have a problem here and i wonder if somone know how to fix it.

i used my blood dragon armor and stone prisoner redeem code and it shows them on my online profile but it dosent show ingame even thouge i have waited for it to show ingame fore more then a week but they still dont show so im just asking does any one know how to fix it?
