 found myself in the fade and all these places.. i can go.. on my own so easier to die does everyone go through this and how will  i ever come out?

Yes, of course.

By defeating the boss demons of the various sections. The key is to utilize the strengths of the various transformations.

ok so hope i will have enough potions.. keep dying.. so have to go through all the fades? i met a guy when i first got there

Yes, you have to go through all sections to unlock the central area. Mage Asunder is by far the most difficult section. Note that there will be some backtracking if you want to get all 21 available attribute points. Also note that you will not get any additional potions as loot in the entire Fade, so you will have to make do with what you have.

I presume it's possible for the pc to have a mod that avoids the fade, similar to the one made that avoids Irenicus's dungeon in BG2.
I don't klnow if a pc mod like that exist however.

Pick a section. You will need to go through all of them eventually.

Yes it's easier once you get burningman form and I think golem form.

You get the golem form in Mage Asunder.

reading some of it.. the door next to niall i can't get to yet.. not got spirit form it seems so should i leave the raw fade for the while and try a different section?

Yes. Bear in mind that four of the five sections will give you a new form to transform into. It is these you want to get first of all. Don't worry about completing each section until you have all the forms.
