I am on The Urn of ashes quest, killed Weylon took Genitivi's research,did all secondary quests ...but cant go out from Denerim market - my world map showes only city map??? Is it me or the game??

You have to zoom out to see the world map. I don't have the game infront of me but its either a - sign or maybe another button near the middle bottom of the screen.
