Yes they are, but if you are using the HVB then you will probably gain more with Phasics than with Warp. If you are not using the HVB I would go with AP Rounds instead. It's a no brainer really.

Didn't I read somewhere in the past that they couldn't stack up to 100% or am I confusing that with something else?
If I use the Harrier on a weapon class then I usually go with capacity + extended barrel + AP Rounds and if I use a biotic class I go with extended barrel + piercing mod + Warp Rounds. If I use a tech class I go with Disruptor.

Yes, seeing as how Banshees are transformed Asari which are neither male nor female it would make perfect sense to put them up against a shemale to confuse the crap out of them. Also heard that they got some pretty hard tools at their disposal and that they know how to use them!
