Str:All other points

I am currently putting 2 points on str and 1 points on other stats mentions above.

In general I'd say just full str and ignore everything else. That much dex/wil/con isn't going to do anything for you, but you will notice the ~20 missing strenth. You get enough hp and stamina from leveling up (and even if you need more, they're much more plentiful from items than damage and attack are), while a few points in dex isn't going to turn your defence into anything other than horrible.

Haven't played in awhile but two-handed is all strength. You want to get stronger armor as soon as possible and you hit harder. That's if your optimizing. I don't think you need Dexterity because you gain attack with strength. Not sure about will power and constitution. You indeed get enough hit points by leveling up instead of putting points into constitution but your build might work except for not needing dexterity part.
