Quick question: Veil tearing and Lyrium veins

Since the veil has been torn are we going to be seeing far more Lyrium veins popping up in the effective part of Thedas? I would think that this would largely benefit rogue Templars who no longer get their Lyrium supplies from the Chantry.

I would doubt it, since lyrium only seems to be found underground and not in areas of great magical power. If that was the case, the circles, Brecilian forest and Tevinter would probably be swimming in the stuff.

I just went through Golems of Amgarrak again... gotta say, Lyrium is the root cause of all of Thedas' issues.

Not all of them. The Orlesian nobility has nothing to do with lyrium, (edit: or the evil they do doesn't, since they aren't involved in selling it and would find other things to spend money on if they couldn't afford enchanted luxury items) nor does Vaughn, lyrium is far from the worst thing that Orzammar breeds, and the Tevinters are actually held back by it in terms of their evil due to having a power source that they don't need to commit atrocities to use to its full advantage.
