Did somebody found how Survival skill rank or modifier affects the tracking radius? Say, X meter/feet per rank or something alike.

I don't know, but would that give you an idea of how it works in practice (i.e. are you good at calculating distances in game, and in the map for that matter)?

AFAIK, an area is 32 tiles by 32 tiles at maximum. And each tile is a 10' square. That is 320'x 320'. So, for example, if a PC can detect an enemy, say, about 450' away, he can detect all the enemies in any area.
Also, I can compare the distance with spell range or spell area radius, which are using in-game meters or feet.
