A lot of people have said that. Of all the times Shepard went DERP with Kai Leng in the cinematics, this one sticks out to me the most.

 I'd have Shepard do the same thing he did, but instead of saying "That was for ___ you SOB!" I'd have him say nothing at all. Just nonchalantly turn back to the computer console, and leave Kai Leng dying in silent contempt.

I can't really get angry at Kai Leng. He was stupid and silly, he wasn't really a character worthy of any hate, he was just a plot-point that caused me to roll my eyes. Really, I was more angry at Shepard for not pulling an Indy and just shooting the twerp while he did pointless sword twirls...

...actually there's my answer, the first time he shows up fighting Thane and the Drell knocks him over, I would just shoot him in the face a bunch of times. Just end it right there.

Why settle for just one death?

Grow a new Thorian, get it to absorb the chump and spit out clones. Then do every suggestion in this thread and then some. The one requirement is that the Thorian can transmit the sensory input to the real Leng.

Hmm and download the holokid into an organic body so we can do the same for it too.

Instead of smashing the sword, grab his wrist and turn him around so he impales himself on his own weapon. Similar to how Thane made Nassama Dantius kill herself with her own pistol.
