since I already posted on the first page, I will add another fate to Kai Leng and that is make him watch Shepard dance.
Strap him to TIM's chair, put headphones on him, and play Justin Bieber songs.
He'd be a red smear on the underside of a Citadel overpass. That moment when he stands up on the C-Sec car and Shepard looks up at him, while the overpass looms in the background during the failed coup attempt was a perfect opportunity.
Where's that renegade interrupt when you need it?
If that wasn't possible, I wished I could have shot him @ C-Sec. Using my biotics to move Thane out of the way, I'd have slapped a stassis on his ass and blown his head off.

I would feed him cereal till he choked on it then have Shepard turn to the camera and say "This is my favorite cereal on the Citadel".
I'd take away his cereal, make him watch as I eat it then, he'd end up executed.
If i could choose Kai Leng`s fate, it would be next or after next mass effect you would be playing Kai Leng. Maybe he would survive encounter with shepard afterall.
It would be epic if like there would be some boss fight against Reaper harbringer and Kai Leng would chop its "legs" off and pierce its sword through reaper eye(where the laser comes from) thus destroying it.
Later game, when he would maybe find some anchient leviathen blueprints or prothean, what would be some new secret exoskeleton prototype what was created for combating against reapers, then Kai Leng could combat several Reaper battleships at the same time due to his incredible speed,durability and strenght.
Then shepard and citadel could kept intact if shepard would refuse to use it, because crusible would not be nessessary anymore.
Hmm. I don't know, I liked how you could shatter his sword then stab him with the omni-blade - the more humiliation the better. Would have liked to have brought him back to the Normandy where I could get Javik to assist with airlocking him, but alas.
I don't normally plan out how I would have liked to kill video game "villains", but he's the exception

Would have taken him on board the Normandy and then straight to Tuchanka. There I would have tied him into a pole in the middle of the wasteland, stripped him naked and happily watched with a bowl of popcorn as hundreds of little baby thresher maws would have eaten him from the inside out or a large one having him as a snack. "That's for Thane, you son of a.....!"

I don't really like Thane, but neither do I dislike him.
But Kai Leng's just a pain in the ass in the game (which is how he is supposed to be).
(Joker rushes into your room while your sleeping)
Joker: Commander! Kai Leng was on the ship!
Shep: Oh ****! Was anyone hurt!?
Joker: No, he just took our cereal and left!
Shep: That bastard!
Kai Leng is never heard from again. Some believe he hides in the Normandy's darkest depths, only coming out to steal sugar cereal when the crew isn't looking.
Bring him up the beam letting him explain to TIM why he failed, again, to kill Shepard.
Don't know if anyone has seen this, so I thought I post it
Shoot off his legs again, then leave him laying on the ground and walk away. If he yells something like "I knew you were a coward!" or something like that, shoot him again, either to his side just as a warning (paragon interrupt) or finish him off (renegade interrupt), then walk away again. Chronos Station is under siege anyway, so he's doomed however you want to see it 
And the paragon and renegade decisions have more contrast than just "dodge and kill him" or "break his sword and kill him".
