If that's how you want to play it...right. If you get your wish, enjoy!

I wouldn't want one myself - I always hired Orana (did you ever notice you didn't lose money when you gave her a job?) - but I don't see why you wouldn't be able too.

to me being an Inquisitor means being a leader and having an army with slaves (someones gotta keep them houses clean)

slavery happens all the time... whether its in Dragon Age or Real Life (for thousands of years)

So if Bioware adds slavery then I won't complain

This gives me an idea for an extra option when you're deciding what you're going to do with enemies you've defeated...

Getting a bit annoyed when people consider slavery ( or other topic ) in games like this as "evil".

Owning someone else in ancient/medieval times wasn't evil, it was natural ( if you were a person of power ),

So yeah, I'd hope slavery/thraldom will be a thing, but not exclusivly to sadistic, "evil" characters.

Human sacrifice was also normal, and it wasn't evil back then, but it is today and thus has to be approached carefully when it comes to video games etc...

In the world of Thedas, slavery is frowned upon by the general population. It is still legal in Tevinter, and is ingrained in a different from in the Qunari culture. So naturally, it has to be properly approached with logical ramifications, including but not limited to ostrazing the inquisition.

In any case, I am all for anything that fits the environment. Slavery occurs in Thedas, and our inquisition is said to be an independant organization, so I don't see why slavery wouldn't work. I wouldn't take it, but I'm sure some people regularly roleplay douchey people. (Slavery is douchey no matter what the time frame, don't kid yourselves. Socially acceptable does not equate non-douchey).

@Oakfaeller: I also hope your slave kills your love interest. Cause vindictive slaves were also "a thing".

Let's sacrifice people like Mayans. Totally not evil.

Stupid morals.

I found the only thing funny about Vette is the sound she makes when you use the shock collar.

I don't mind if there is or isn't a slave character as long as they are well written.

I think everything people say isn't evil - should happen to them.

I'd like some Dwarven slaves, if they are to be included. Casteless dwarves seem like the most likely group to be indentured for life, but we hardly see that outside of the normal class stratification of Orzammar.

Elven slaves are so passé.

Unless the the Inquisitor gets a base in Tevinter, I don't see us getting the option considering the general view about Slavery outside of Tevinter. But of course the idea of Casteless dwarves as slaves for the Dwarven Inquisitor is possible, depending on what type of position the Dwarf has in Dwarf Society. But, I'm going out on a limb and saying our Dwarf is going to be a surface dwarf. Consider the Dwarf is of House Cadash a practically dead House not counting Shale. I doubt our Dwarf Inquisitor would have any form of right for Casteless slaves.
