[Tidal Resonance]

I know for a fact that the last Legion conversation on the Normandy has not taken place in my game/file.  I have no missions or assignments left to complete and none are left to start.

Visiting hub worlds, Normandy Crash site, etc, do nothing to force the conversation out.  Did not find any clear way to force it forward in the gibbed save editor (increasing quest counter did nothing).

So, is there no way to force this conservation to take place?

Really, the Normandy Crash site doesn't advance the conversation? You did place the monument I assume and got a mission complete screen.

I completed the Normandy Crash site mission early in the game and got the mission complete screen with the monument.

Edit:  Never mind I see what you mean.  Can move the monument to get the mission recomplete.

Did you try placing the monument again? Supposedly you can place the monument an infinite number of times in order to get mission complete screens.

I tried placing the monument again or moving it, but it seems to be impossible (at least on my PC version) despite what the Mass Effect wiki page says on the topic.

I have the melee key bound to "F" as per the default settings. I tried pressing and holding the melee key in many different areas of the Crash site, but nothing happens regarding the monument.  The monument just stays where I originally placed it and the game says nothing about pressing the melee key anymore. 

Back before Horizon I totally completed everything in this assignment. Everything in game looks like it is totally a closed case.
