Been a while since I played DA:O, new PC and I'm wanting to play again. Is there any way to remove the combat rings? I'm planing to make a video when I'm done, and they just look bad! Thanks!

You could try to find the ring graphic and override them with something invisible. Otherwise whatever generates them (i.e. turns them on and off) is probably in rules_core.nss somewhere (or more likely one of its headers).

Or you can use a mod:
Circles Be Gone by 4Aces. A texture edit which makes the underfoot circles during combat less intrusive, or
Rings by Azrael Dark. This texture edit eliminates the combat circles entirely.
