In typical PUG fashion, I get on my mic and start complaining about how long it's taking for my scrub teammates to finish the wave while simultaneously pointing out defects in their kits/play styles.

I prefer to go through the 6 stages of BSN grief:
Denial: "WTF?"
Anger: "F you game, F you BW!!!"
Bargaining: "Dear lord use your rockets; get me through this one wave just one ****ing wave."
Depression: "Ughh, why the hell do I even play this game?"
Acceptance: Open beer and wait for the inevitable
Thread Creation: Promptly runs to BSN and ****es about how some scrub can't solo one Geth Prime.

Sync is short for synchronised, that pretty much explains it.

OT: Usually I'll snap my controller in half then spend the next couple of minutes hunting for a replacement by which time the randoms are often dead anyway.

1) If there happens to be a Female Quarian on my team, I stick the camera on her and enjoy the jiggly quarian bum-bum. ...What?

2) If the above isn't present, I get on my mic more often and keep an eye out for whom-ever is alive. Them sneaky, stealthy sync-killers will get many people.

If playing with PUGs, watching the Asaris/FQs back, if any.

I used to take the opportunity to learn from people.
Then I just used to rage-quit (everyone's guilty of that at one time or another!).
Then I just got more drunk  and resolved to do better on the next round!

If you want to spare your livers; the best thing to do is not to get sync-killed!

I have been guilty of all, but "Bargaining" is probably the stage I get stuck in the most.
