Valkyrie is the most fun. I still haven't unlocked the paladin but i figure shield bashing mooks must be pretty awesome too.

As for best though, i'm not giving an answer since i don't have them all let alone tried all that i have.

I can't decide who's better so : Volus , Turian , AssTinel.

Hrmm let's see you have the Turian who's suited for any combat situation with Warp/Overload, a Valkyrie who's mean big sister of the Fury, and a Paladin who is really an Engineer with almost no weaknesses.

Turian is the best "all-purpose".
Valkyrie is most fun to play.
Paladin will outscore them in most games (when played correctly).

I don't count the paladin because he is an engineer damn it!

Still love the Turian sentinel because he was the classic sentinel who actually had a mix of biotics and tech. I also love the concept of the volus sentinel, but the pet nerfs really killed him before he was even released (also he has no biotics).
