TTK matters a lot, yes, and I've tried to point it out to you, that with some effort, TSent can be a killing machine despite lack of flamer or nades. While being tanky. I.e he has just enough killing power. 
Isn't the initial point of being a sentinel is to be a master of everything.

And you completely ignored all the "universality" arguments. TSent is good with any decent weapon and loadout in most circumstances. Vorcha is CQC mostly. 
For Glacier Reaper speedruns Vorcha is much better.
For U/U/Plat I will choose TSent all the day every day.

Wow.  Yes, I did start this "kill faster" discussion.  So what?  That doesn't make arguments about the Drell Adept or the GI any more relevant.

I play the Turian Sentinel a lot, because he's fun to play.  I know what his limits are though.  He trades damage output for tankiness and adaptability.  If you want to say that you like the TSent better because of those things, then that's fine.  But you're not, because you're not acknowledging that the Vorcha is just better at killing things quicker.

On the other hand, if the GI and the Drell Adept had a baby, that would probably be the most powerful character on the game, way more powerful than the Vorcha Sentinel, so you're right, the Turian Sentinel is better.

"kill faster discussion" will inevitably bring the GI/DA argument, thus rendering any other trait obsolete.

You yourself talk about adaptability and tankiness, and your fast killing arguments seem a bit wierd in that light. If those things don't matter at all, than GI is a best Sentinel. If one has either perfect awareness and doesn't suffer from lag, or has an unlimited amount of CM-IV, than playing anything other than GI is suboptimal.

Best is very hard to say because they're all good in their own way (well most of them)

In terms of survivability - Krogan Warlord
In terms of versatility - Turian, N7, or Krogan
In terms of damage..that's debatable, several of them

My favorite is the Turian though

And now I see how flawed was my logic.

Vorcha can kill things faster than TSent, so he is better. The fact that DA or GI can kill things faster doesn't make the vorcha less powerfull in comparison with them because they are not sentinels...

Have you ever used reeger with IA4 on Snap Freeze/Flamer kit? If the answer is yes I see the reason of such a severe brain injury.
