I was reading the "things we don't want back from DAO" thread and it got me thinking about the things I do love. I don't mean the gaming mechanics, visuals, stuff like that... but the actual stories and conversations from both previous games (or even ME) that really stick in my head for one reason or another. That I'm hoping we'll have more of in Inquisition.
Some of mine, in no particular order, were:

The orphanage quest in DAO.
The gauntlet, the riddles and "seeing" your friend/family member.
The mad hermit's conversations.
The blessing by the Reverand Mother you could ask for, which was a tiny but nice touch for my Andrastrian Wardens.
The magistrate's son in DA2, which was different and disturbing and really well done.
The "I AM you." bit as a mage in Feynriel's first quest. I don't know why I liked it so much, but I just remember thinking "Oh! Nifty."
Hespith's poem. Because creepy. Ditto for the little boy in Haven.

I know they've mentioned Inquisition having some really creepy stuff, which I apparently like. I'm also hoping we get more of the random throwaway conversations like those with the Hermit that really don't serve much purpose other than letting us talk about our Inquisitor. Or the Gauntlet/Fade type things, were characters have to confront their fears, failings, regrets, etc.

Excuse any typos/weird sentences: work is dead this week so I'm slacking off a bit but my attention is still divided. :)

I liked the bits in Origins and maybe Awakenings (not sure haven't played in a bit), where the npcs would mention your race that was always pretty cool and helped in the story immersion.
