I get a lot of hate mail for "kill stealing" because I can headshot any target from any range with a sniper rifle but never got a "i hate you because you left!" Message.

Well think about it. A guy just rolls in your lobby and he is better than anyone you've ever played with. Kills everything, never says a word, and just leaves. People reactions can range from jealousy, amazement, to 'that guy is a cheater'.

Of course since boogerman is a scrub I can't explain his messages

Lol. This happens before we play a game. One of the more recent ones was a Kiwi host. No way in hell I'd knowingly play on one.

I did have a well known Xbox score**** send me a series of messages after I wouldn't play with him again. His AIU and spawn nuking proved ineffective, and he'd switched to the TGI+Harrier by the time we got back to the lobby like he had something to prove. Good luck with that.

I never got a situation where people got butthurt, cry about it, or send me fanmail after I left their lobby. U dude must be famous or something.

The most I've had is an invite back to a lobby I've just left , which has happened maybe 5 times ever . People generally don't care if I stay or go . No mail no kicks

I get messages like that all the time, but simply because I always leave a PUG after one game and go find a different PUG to troll.

That and by leaving PUG's after one game to find a new PUG I am able to spread the smell of my greatness all over Bronze.

I don't think I've gotten hatemail for leaving lobbies despite the fact I leave games in progress that I join or if there's 3 flamer classes. Gotten it for other things though.

And to answer the topic I've only got hate mail when trolling in a game, like if I carry a team of random players to the end of wave 9 Platinum just to let them all bleed out while I run around the map for 20 minutes shooting at the sky and then commit suicide

i dont get butthurt, i think the opposite.
usually i figure they couldnt out score me after switching to all their try hard chars, especially when they use 6/6 nukes and i used 0/6 nukes.

seriously tho, maybe they just had time for a game or 2 before they needed to go, or the synergy wasnt to their taste.
maybe they wanted a talking lobby or a silent lobby, hard to know why someone leaves unless they say.

how many hours do find acceptable then?

like if they dont friend you after one game do you get butthurt then too?

i find this whole mentality silly in a drop-in-drop-out game like this, nothing says a person has to play 10 games in a row then friend you.

Never gotten any messages for leaving lobbies.

The only hatemail I've ever gotten was from a MGer who wanted me to switch the lobby to Platinum, then went on to lurk my manifest when I basically told him to l2p and "grill" me about my lack of Plat solos.

Clearly I need to be a more deplorable human being.
