What difference will it make if you kill Brother Genitivi after completing the Urn of Sacred Ashes Quest?

If you kill him, there will be rumours that an urn of sacred ashes has been found, but there will be no solid evidence that it really exists.
If you don't kill him, pilgrims will be allowed to make visits there.
If you don't kill him, pilgrims will be allowed to make visits there.
