I have tried and tried, but am unable to defeat Latasha. I have tried using the domino mask and silver weapons, but I can't lower her health below "injured". I am playing with a Rogue as my main character. Please help.

You can't kill her because she's too hard, or because of a bug (i.e. you are technically doing damage, but her health won't go down)?

Rogues are usually crap against undead, but what companions do you have? The cleric alone should be able to defeat her without any help.

Her health goes down slowly and keeps regenerating. Is that normal?

Yes, vampires have regeneration, so you'll basically have to hit her harder and more often. But as I said, you should be able to do that if you use your companions. Use the cleric to buff up your party, have the fighter use power attack, etc.
