Here in EU the name "Parmesan" can only be used (commercially, that is) when referring to real, actual, honest-to-god Parmigiano-Reggiano.

I am going to list the most Versatile weapons in each category because no weapon can do literally everything.

AR: probably the harrier it gives the best performance for how few drawbacks it really has
SMG: CSMG it has infinite ammo with a good RoF, absolutely no recoil, and perfect accuracy all with an armor damage bonus to boot
Sniper: Valiant it is semiauto, has a good damage rating, lightweight, and it is easy to use (BW is probably better when you can handle the weight and recoil)
Shotgun: Wraith it has a low weight, tight spread, good damage you can really slap this on any class and it will do well (Claymore is also nice if you can handle the weight)
Pistol: Paladin/talon the paladin has a good damage output pershot, is accurate, fairly light, and easy to use. The talon is also incredibly good, but it is technically a shotgun.

Very subjective question. I say the scoped talon, easily capable of headshots out to midrange, and body kills across the map when fired from hard cover. I also would say the hurricane as a boss killer, and good for close quarters and out to mid range when fired from hard cover.

Any kit can use either one, or both.

The Avenger, best gun in the game. Damage on par per shot as the Widow, capacity of the Typhoon, ignores shield gate like the talon, and ROF of the Hurricane. Best gun ever
