Anyone up for matches against Collectors on PS3 Gold? I know that's not the greatest proposition given PS3 memory leak.

Play on non-DLC maps, get the wave 6 & 10 objectives done as quickly as possible, and missile all six crabs on wave 8. If you do this, you should be able to play 5+ games in a row without any issues, but you can missile the crabs on wave 5 as well, if you want to be extra careful.

This is good advice. Personally I only try to play collectors on gold with glacier; in fact it's quite nice against them on platinum.

Wow...and I thought xbox sucked...it sounds like a horrible nightmare fighting collectors on PS3, damn.

Eh, it's not too bad. Always makes for 17-18min games if you're playing with BSNers (and I hate crabs), so I'm not complaining.XFG-65 wrote...
