I have been buying Premium Spectre Packs and getting mostly ammo powerups. Will the weapon one (i forgot its name) be better for getting UR Weapons? I know it costs the same.

You have a higher chance to get weapons, but it isn't noticeable. I normally just stick with Premium Spectre Packs every once in awhile I will by a arsenal pack.

Rng is random. Buy em however the Fvck you want, saving up won't change a thing.

Terrible Desolation of Smaug joke aside, I've been sticking to just buying Spectre Packs, to be honest. That way, not only do you get a Level IV ammo or possible ultra-rare card, but you can bulk up your Level III consumables at the same time at a good price.

Plus, the last 10-15 SPs I've bought have yielded a Black Widow, Typhoon, PPR, and Wraith upgrades (one of each weapon).

Whereas the last 92 SPs I've bought have yielded me 3 URs. RNG is, was, and shall continue to be random.

True, so very true.

I still stand by my statement about SPs aiding in Level III consumable stock-up, though, if nothing else. Might as well collect those while hunting for URs (unless your Level III stuff is all maxed out, in which case you have earned my undying jealousy).

I know the feels, OP. I still have I think 45 to go, and have gotten only the Valkyrie VI in the last month or so. I've been spamming Arsenal Packs, but I'm considering going with DragonRacer's idea and seeing how SPs work...

I usually get Reserves Packs then when UR aren't showing up, the next 1-3 Arsenal packs have a UR.

I've had 2 double UR packs w/ a respec card, so you can imagine this method works wonders.

I do Mobius's idea but I get just drunk as hell before spending my credits. Usually I get new toys to go with the blistering hang over and wonder WTF happened.

They are in my packs apparently. I got one in each of the last three SP I bought. Of course, I hadn't gotten one for two weeks prior to that.

Sadly random. After a 4 month UR dry period I finally got my two final wraith upgrades today, I still don't have a Spitfire or Lancer. There is no logic to the RNG troll...
