I ordered an N7 Day shirt which supposedly shipped almost a month ago, but it hasn't arrived. I opened a ticket a while back but have received no reply. If anyone at the BW store can help me with order 200109399 I would appreciate it.

If you opened a ticket you should have received a reply. Usually its within 48 hours (its Christmas so the staff will have had some holiday and will probably have a backlog this time of year, so keep that in mind).
Drop an email to "support@biowarestore.zendesk.com" if its been over 48 hours and you will get a reply asap.
