Do melee attack get the cloak bonus in ME2?

Not sure. I do not recall that ever being asked or answered before. It may be just weapon damage. I'll test it out and get back to you.

Okay, I loaded up an ME2 Infiltrator save, and played the N7: Abandoned Mine mission. That's the mission with a crap-load of husks. I specced into Assassination Cloak. Insanity difficulty.
Without cloak: 3 melee hits to remove a husk's armor.
With cloak: 2 melee hits to remove a husk's armor
So it appears that the Cloak damage bonus does apply to melee.
Without cloak: 3 melee hits to remove a husk's armor.
With cloak: 2 melee hits to remove a husk's armor
So it appears that the Cloak damage bonus does apply to melee.

Thank you. With the Kestrel armor set, a cloaked melee attack may prove fruitful, especially if I decide to stick with my plan to take assault rifle training.
