Because, at least recharge speed does something while the DR will give me nothing of use. Also, Lift Damage is not likely to kill anything for me but with Expose they will die quite fast should I ever use pull in a match. I almost never use the Acolyte and thus almost never use Pull, but I rather have a power and not need it then to need a power and not have it. Fitness and Damage Reduction is an even more waste of points than Pull in my opinion.
Fitness for melee.
Reave:DR because DR from Reave, Sphere and Melee can stack to give you 40+40+50=130% (93% actual) damage resistance. Another way to look at it, that 10% boost in DR from Reave 5b halves the damage you will take when performing a melee.

That's a pretty stupid build if you ask me. I have plenty of good builds for the AJ, all of them have no fitness. Why would you even put fitness on a class like this?
Here is one of the most effective builds:

Lol Dum Dum . Why would you take recharge speed over DR on Reave and expose over lift damage on pull with weapons that give you a recharge speed of 90% ?

Fair enough. My build was an alternative for newer players looking at doing a solo V Reapers .She can tank it out with full fitness so can handle Banshee balls and Ravager hits with the extra 325 health and 390 barriers.
If you run Pull for lift damage with a power build you will kill Husks and Cannibals with one pull so trivialising those enemies . Armoured and barriers melt with the Reave warpo ammo combo.
While I love using the Sphere for fun and stragic damage it will be less useful if you are constantly moving around the map on a solo . Half the enemies are unarmoured and tend to group with protected enemies with this faction so area Pul / Reave can be devastationg with the 75% BE damage .

If I want to play sphere less justicar, I'll play drell adept. U know having reave + nades makes rippas a joke.
This. Sphere less justicar is pointless.

I almost always play the justicar sphereless, not because the sphere isn't good but because I just blow at actually making the best use of it.
It's rather hard to blow at putting the sphere over yourself

Seriously though, I've always loved the Justicar; between defensive bubble, offensive bubble, pull, reave, melee and warp rounds she is incredibly versatile and not a single build is boring. Reavless, Pull-less, Melee and Sphere-less are all really entertaining and most (Reaveless is a little silly to take to Gold unless you tank with a powerful weapo) are viable no matter the difficulty (though Melee Justicar is really slow and kinda boring on Platinum...)
