What if the Male Quarian Marksman traded his Sabotage for the Male Quarian Engineers Arc Grenades?

The recharge speed on sabotage is fine now after it was updated.... 2.78 secs (with level 5 recharge speed evo and 200% cooldown). With power effiency III-IV you can get that down to 2.4-5. In my opinion as 2.78 secs is only 0.4 secs longer than incinerate (2.46 secs) it's not overly long as you could get off a sabotage and an incinerate combo in about 5 seconds.

I think it would be worth it if you can imagine the power damage and all the combos. Would be the best engineer in the game hands down imo.

I'd say that if you're going to put sabotage on the MQE, I'd replace tac-scan, not arc grenades, and replace the arc grenades with a different damage dealing tech power.

Two debuffs that cause almost no damage and one decent damage power doesn't seem like an idea that's worth the effort IMO.

Possibly sabotage, overload, and incinerate.

The only problem with that is that it'd render the HEng almost obsolete.

But you can use incinerate twice and get 2x the damage instead of 1.5x. The only benifit is tech bursts but that has a wonky timer and does not work for synthetics

Yeah but you could sabotage first for tech vulnerability (10 seconds?) and then all your incinerates that follow [not counting combos with arc grenade obviously] do much more damage. Sabo + Inc [tech burst] + arc [fire ex] + inc [tech] + arc [fire], etc. Having a grenade power that creates tech bursts really would help to mitigate cooldown of sabotage and incinerate which is why arc is a good fit.

 Is it too much to ask for one engineer who can get some decent use out of sabotage?

Skip Tatical Scan.
Full Power Damage
Max out marksman
Max out Grenades damage.

Grenade Capacity V
Power Amplifier.

With a Falcon pre-nerf fire rates and arc grandes he would make Cerberus/Geth a joke.

Heck even a Claymore/Typhoon with full weapon damage passive would be fine since grenades doesnt count as a  power
