I do believe you see a crash site of the normandy in the planet it landed and you get to set up a memorial or something of the lives lost.

Pretty sure BioWare has said several times that they combed gaming sites and forums for feedback and ideas. The answer is yes.

To be honest one of those topics are the needles in the proverbial haystack. They did say they scoured feedback over certain aspects of the game that were...lacking...like the Mako for example so in a way they sort of already have done that.

Oh they will use it. And hire you. And give you girls/men and cars/trucks ... whatever you like. Automatic weapons for hire bonus too, they are Canadians and Canadians love guns.
