In cutscenes such as the first "walking in" cutscene and the meeting with Samara, I noticed that the blinds rose up for a moment, offering a better view outside. Is there any way to do that in-game?

Yes, I know this forum is meant for ME1 and 2, but I can't access the ME3 boards for some reason despite registering the game.
