So I am posting this in the best spot possible on the BSN site, as the "help" section at the EA answer site hasn't turned up any replies.
So I cannot access the N7 HQ. This has gone on for months, and
contacting EA multiple times appears to have done no good. Basically, I am an ME3 user
who could one day access the HQ, and then one day could not. I have a
legit Origin account and everything, but whenever I log into the HQ it
says "Sorry, you do not meet the requirements for viewing this site." Could
somebody please help me out? This has gone on for months, and as I said
EA is no help. Last thing they said was they had no idea and were
transferring the problem to Bioware... and that was the last I heard
from anyone.

 PS Yes I cleared my cache and switched browsers.

Yes I am logging in with my Origin account; and yeah I checked out that thread. Nothing in there I haven't tried, sadly

Just today I figured out why I've been having trouble with the Bioware/ME3 site(s).
Internet Explorer simply does not work (for me), try using a different browser Chrome seems to have fixed EVERYTHING that I was having trouble with previously.

If you are less than 17 years old, N7HQ blocks you. However, if you don't use your origin account, they'll believe you even if you enter that you are 100 years old.

I used Firefox, IE, and I think I even used chrome to make it work. It didn't help, sadly.
Yeah if I was under 17 I know I would be blocked. Thing is though; I used to be able to access the HQ with no problems and sync my account and everything.

It seems you're missing something or theres something you have forgotten.
Another problem I had was when I created an account and linked my GT it still wouldnt let me do anything. Puzzled by this I used the help desk on EA site where an operator can go over your account of course he / she can only confirm information you give them.
But they made me realise something... My account was NOT linked to my current email address despite me making an account with it. * Many moons ago I had previously made an account when ME1 was released.* You can create as many accounts as you want but only the original account will work as intended.
