Im going to cure the genophage, but I wounder if everybody survives(Eve, Wrex) If I dont tell them about the sabotageplan that the Salarians have asked me to do.
If dont tell them, Mordin will see that something is wrong. But If let him release the cure then, will everyone sirvuve and will Wrex and Eve be unware of the the sabotage plan. I want to be sure about that, becasue I dont want to loose Wrex or War Assets later in the game beause they are disapointed on me because I dont told them about the sabotageplan.

No, they never find out about the sabotage plan unless you actually sabotage the cure, so yes, you can avoid telling them without worrying. Even if Wrex did find out and for some odd reason held it against you for having doubts about the Krogan like any rational person would, all you would lose is Clan Urdnot, the rest of the Krogan clans, lead by Bakara, would defy Wrex and Urdnot and continue fighting, which is what happens if you sabotage the cure.

May I suggest not telling Wrex? The dialogue with Mordin can be rather interesting if he finds out about the sabotage when you are at the tower rather than earlier. Otherwise it is just a farewell scene.

There are two opportunities to tell Wrex/Eve/Mordin while traveling in the trucks before heading into the old Krogan tunnels. If you don't say anything about the genophage during those times, Shepard will take a sort of pro-sabotage route at the encounter with Mordin at the base of the tower. At this point you can proceed with curing the genophage with the same results as if you told everyone about the genophage previously (War Assets will remain unchanged). However, as Cap & Gown said, you get some more dialogue from Mordin, that I think really adds something special to the scene.

So go ahead and do it, you will be pleased I think.

I took a less likely path last time through Tuchanka and took the first chance (where you are interrupted), but not the second. I played it as if Wrex's speech about reclaiming lost territory made Shepard begin to doubt whether the Genophage should be cured.
