I've been after this character for ages but I've had no luck. What's the best pack? I've read that some people have got the class through the veteran pack and spectre pack.
What's the best back to buy when trying to unlock an asari adept?

Reserve Packs have higher chances for characters, but RNG Store is still random.

In general, I'd say you should max out uncommons with vet packs, and then use spectre packs after that and hope for luck.
Additionally, if you deactivate all the DLC's, then you'll take a ton of items out of the RNG pool and increase your chances of getting her.

Spectre and Recruit are the only packs you need to buy in this game.

If you are consistently extracting on Gold, then try Reserves packs. Otherwise, stick to regular Spectre Packs.

It is about your ritualistic sacrifices, not which pack you buy.

It depends dude. If you want the Asari Commando adept then just go into your game installation file and just turn all the multiplayer DLCs into zip files and hit up those spectre packs until you get her. Once you've done that just unzip them.
On the other hand if you're gunning for the Asari Justicar then you'll have to zip up all DLC except for the Resurgence DLC which was the first I believe.
Otherwise you'll just have to grind it out like everybody else and just accept that getting weapons/characters you want will take time.
Good luck!

Most people want to go for Weapons and Characters, but they don't understand on how to increase their chances of actually getting something useful. You should concentrate on maxing out commons and uncommons first.
