Ummm...you do realize that what is being discussed is the look (artistic rendering) of characters in a video game, and not actual women, right? They don't really exist. For the record, Archie and the gang, Dennis the Menace, and Snoopy aren't real either...just thought I'd let ya know - sorry if I burst any bubbles.

My thoughts exactly.

Morrigan is at least 10-15 years older in Inquisition than she was in Origins. She's going to look different simply because of age.

People really need to just get over it.

Or Bioware needs to close the forum because all it has become is a platform for people to whine and complain.

She is a witch daughter of Flemeth 10-15 years is nothing to her like 2days for you magic works

Bioware were the ones who made Cassandra pretty to begin with.

Because people care about it.  Many players identify with their PCs and bond with their teammies.  It's a video game and everyone knows it's not real (I hope.)  Looks matter to a lot of women.  I personally think it's a credit to the previous games that people care so much.  It shows that at least in some ways they did it right.

IRL, people aren't defined by the way they look.  My dad married my mom and loved her his entire life despite the fact that she was 175 degrees from his ideal. It is a romance story that no one has ever matched. Life does that to you sometimes and I'm pretty sure if people don't know that they're past hoping for.  It would be nice if women weren't judged on the basis of their attractiveness.  It would also be nice if I'd been born an heiress with a mansion and a yacht.  I'll live with people complaining about minor graphic details since it won't affect my game at all.

Don't people get tired of complaining? Beauty is a subjective concept. I actually believe Cassandra is a huge improvement over her DA2 model. Morrigan looks the same to me, just older, which is to be expected.

They're not going to change how they look based on some arbitrary idea of beauty. Except theirs, I guess. I suggest you turn your energy toward other, more likely to succeed endeavors.

Yeah, they can. It's their character to begin with. They can do whatever they want with her,  fan desires be damned.
