I'm far too lazy to attempt this myself, this is why I'm thankful for youtube.
I once did this. But it was a rushed play (abusing the console commands for givesupergun and god) and not a serious one. I did kill all the npc characters I could in ME1. But not wrex. |Because if he´s alive in 3 and you sabotage the gf cure both he and Wreav die. I always made choices that resulted in combat and spared no one, except in cases their survival would result in more deaths (Rana). I also let morinth live and helped her kill her daughter.
In ME2, I did not recruit zaed till after the mission was completed, so I could let him die during his loyalty quest. Also, I did not activated legion, so both he (at the cerberus base) and his "brother" could die in ME3. You can escape the collector base with only jack, morinth or tali. Jack will die in 3 if you do not rescue her. morinth will turn into a banshee and be killed by your squad. And tali can commit suicide if you side with the geth.
I recommend siding with the geth, so the quarian race goes nearly extinct, and the chose destroy so the geth die at the end too.
I was so intentionally bad that I even caused miranda´s death at 2, and then killed her sister and father at 3. Padok and eve were not spared.
My points were low, the galaxy readness was at 50%, and I did not do most of the side-mission of 3, so the end was really depressing.
The second salarian council member was killed by kai-leng, since both thane and kiraree were long dead.
The suicide mission chart was essential to me. I made sure that I killed strong members like garrus, thane and jacob, and then got rid of grunt. Understanding the score during the hold the line segment was also great, so I intentionally saved only the members I liked.
I once did plays that focused on different aspects. In one play, only the female characters during the series would die. In another, only the males would. In one, I killed as many me1 characters i could, but left the ones introducted in 2 intact. Then did the opposite. I once killed all the humans, and once all the aliens.
Thanks to the console commands, otherwise I would not have the time nor the disposition to try any of this.
