In terms of killing stuff fast by gunfire I also see the CAR on top, pretty well-rounded in accuracy and damage output.

In terms of fun it is the Falcon, by far the most enjoyable weapon in the game for me.

Console players have the Reegar Carbine. Most PC players have the Reegar Crutchbine...

I like the Falcon on the HSent. Adas on the HE. CAR and GPR on HSol. And finally, the Argus on the Destroyer paired with the Piranha against Cerberus.

After watching many PUGs roll with the CAR, I decided to give it a shot. Man, I've been missing out.

I wish it was heat-based like all other collector weapons though. On the plus side, it's got lots of ammo.

It is a three way tie between the GPR, ADAS and Falcon. The later two are excellent stagger sticks and the first one is a beast on a GE. All the other guns have better alternatives (i.e. typhoon > revenant, saber > argus) but these three are unmatched in their niche.

Well.. if we are comparing URs to Rares than the Harrier owns the GPR and so does the Valkyrie (on the GE). Adas and Falcon are owned by Lord Venom... But really, this isn't a conversation about URs (which should dominate their rare options when maxed).

them all equally. If I HAD to pick a favourite though, I'd
probably pick the Revenant simply because it has to
at least be semi-decent on a Marksman class.

It's actually not lol... Dat movement penalty... It takes one of the scopes to make the spread not suck.

else I'd be incredibly upset at this news.

Incendiary ammo 4 makes any weapon with high capacity and fast firing a god-like destroying machine. So I would go with the Collector Rifle or Geth Pulse Rifle when I use Incendiary Ammo.

From my perspective , they made Incendiary ammo 4 too overpowered. Just do the math : 100 rounds in the clip of the Geth Pulse Rifle x 50 = 5000 damage per clip. It's too much even if the weapon doesn't do any damage on it's own. Even the Avernger I with Incendiary 4 can deal with Gold very efficiently.

But. if Incendiary ammo didn't exist then the Adas is a good choice for me- high damage and stagger, auto-aim , good fun-factor and ease of use. The other Assault Rifles on that list are good for Silver/Bronze in my humble opinion.
