Incisor Human Infiltrator. That is all.

We discovered it accidentally after I insisted we do something challenging (Me, Pearl, Doc, Duck). I thought Incisor was Viper. Long story short, Incisor melts faces

Human engineer w/ venom and incendiary ammo = death to all the things.
+1 this so much. My go-to Venom kit.

The only vanilla human who is less than great is the sentinel.
Warp + Incendiary ammo for bosses.
Throw to stagger and detonate fire explosions.
or the usual Warp + Throw since bosses cannot dodge Warp

As I said, it isn't a bad class, it is simply outclassed by the likes of the Asari adept and Krogan shaman at any particular role it could be used for. It is more than platinum viable, every kit is.

I use the human female adept on Platinum all the time and it's incredibly powerful.
Hey, you're back! When did you have your baby?

I've used all vanilla humans on UUP except for the vanguard. All great.
I usually run 66653 on Adept and Engineer. The difference between 3 ranks in Fitness and 6 is neglible since their base shields are relatively low - Cyclonic IV will do ya good if you still get shot up. I still like throwing the drone out there, myself - Plays games with the Geth.
Tchock's builds are how I run my soldier (usually with a Wraith, though I've used Claymore with success too) and the Infiltrator (Claymore, here) with success.
The Sentinel is a BE beast - 66644 - though you could easily go Clyde's route and go 0 fitness for some more weapon damage. Just like with the Adept, a power amp is a waste here, so a Cyclonic or Adrenaline amp are solid choices here.
Do not listen to anyone who says putting points in the passive is a good build, the best is 6/6/6/0/6 as your strength as a Human Sentinel Is your biotic explosions, not raw power damage. Besides the passive only really affects warp in power damage, you shouldn't be detonating Tech Armor.

I'm going to assume passives are still good for the Engie
and non-BE detonators?

Soldiers Frag's count as power so I go power/power/weapon
Engineer has Overload/Incinerate so I go power/power
infiltrator weapon/headshot/weapon
Vanguard power/power/weapon
