They're all great kits, and do perfectly good on any difficulty, with the usual catches...

HFE is my go-to all-purpose character... 66653 with a light sniper usually (Mantis in most cases, or Valiant, but I'm a power-spamming maniac so I need relatively low CD). I know it's suboptimal, but popping heads and Boomdrone make me happy, dammit!

Human Female Adept is the best adept, period.

I'm running the same thing, but will skipping the drone
to max out my passives and fitness make a difference at
all? I get downed like nobody's business on platinum
with my HME with 3 points in fitness, and I need to save
my cyclonics for my Krosent Melee build, so would the
6 points in fitness make a difference at all or should I just
try harder to not get shot at?

Adrenaline mods are your friend in that situation.  Also, mastering the dodge of the base humans makes a big difference.

This...it makes a world of difference on the effectiveness of kits...if you are good at it, you can skip fitness on many builds

Funny you should ask. Last night I mentioned that I had never taken my Femgineer onto Plat so Jojo81 had us do UUP with 4 vanilla engineers. We got Condor Geth. Managed to extract without too much of a problem but I realized I'm not strong enough to PUG plat with her. I built her 46646.

TetsuTsuru can wreck face with her.

You're too kind.  Thanks though.

I love my Femgineer.  It feels like others routinely underestimate her, and she doesn't mind it at all.  And then proceeds to kill all the baddies, with a smile on her face.  GG! :D

The key to the vanilla humans is abusing the crap out of their awesome dodges for hit avoidance and damage reduction even when they do get hit.

Having started many accounts, I have recently been playing a lot of these kits.

The HA is awesome, singularity is one of the best utility biotic powers and a real 'oh crap' button. I was lucky enough to get a Talon early on one account, and this kit with a Talon is awesome. Personally I like 3 in passive and 5 in fitness.

I find they will be getting shield gated whether they have rank 6 fitness or not, so it seemed like the passives were better there ... although I can certainly see the argument for no passives

For the Hsent, I actually like it with no tech armor .. allows me to string together faster, very powerful warp/throw BE's .. a lesser version of the very powerful Asari adept.

I had a Human Engineer yesterday on Platinum in a couple of games. He had the lowest score but could keep up alright.
