Honestly, its just a really fantastic film that brings back memories of my 90's Disney Renaissance childhood.
And when I say fantastic I mean it earned every bit of the billion dollars its grossed in theatres.

Nah, you're cool. Frozen has far more narrative punch than quite a few of Disney's previous titles, and grabs from some of the strengths of them as well. It combines more classically styled bits(Princesses, Musical Numbers, etc.) with far more contemporary directions in terms of writing, and often do reversals of their more infamous tropes.
It's also bloody gorgeous.

Hah! Guess all the acclaim and attention Frozen has received has gotten into Elsa's head.
And as to why I like Frozen, Dom pretty much hit the nail on the head with his description.
Its very gorgeous indeed. The way they used ice in that film was fantastic.
It's also bloody gorgeous.
That plays a big part too for me. The style of animation is just so purty, and it especially compliments the snowy locales.
