I watched Frozen for the first time last night and I loved it.
I wish I could already move out and set up my little home theater corner. It begged me to be watched on a projector and with a better surround system.
Welcome to the club! hahaha ![]()

Heh, wish I could do that too. I have yet to watch the DVD copy I bought, but I fear that some of the animations lustre may be lost on my primitive TV.
"Primitive TV"
Brah. Its Frozen. Frozen deserves tippy top

Primitive in that the specific TV is primitive.
Not that TVs themselves are inherently primitive. Though maybe they are... idk.
That and of course I could have started using blu-ray now, but my 'blu-ray player' had to be returned due to technical difficulties. ![]()

My friend didn't like it as much as me, though. She didn't appreciate all the singing. I know. She's crazy ![]()

Its Disney, what did she expect?
Its Disney, what did she expect?
She was expecting something along the lines of Tangled. The first part of Frozen overwhelmed her, apparently.
Meh, tonight I'll lend it to my sisters and I'll see what they think of it. Considering that we all love Disney movies *, I doubt they'll be disappointed ![]()
* not including the dark years from 2004 to 2007 of course

/not expecting musical, rofl
See, if she was someone I knew, I'd bug her about it and dance to this around her at all times of the day
She's probably lucky you didn't. ![]()

Not so much with the dancing, but I am bugging her a bit with the various songs from Frozen ![]()

Be purposely off key and just scream lyrics at her

Elsa's fault

Wasn't that part of the advertising prior to Frozen's release? hahaha
Looks like he's auditioning for Nudes on Ice. ![]()
It's not quite so charming when your dog decides to do it....in the house.

Many Sven
It took more than long enough for this to happen.

Gonna be honest, did NOT see this crossover coming
Malinda Kathleen Reese with an un-googlytranslated version of Let It Go, finaaaaally
Hahaha, crossovers everywhere
Watched it with my significant other recently, guess I'm a bit behind.
It was alright, but honestly I'm not sure where all the hype and praise comes from. Not a bad movie by any means, but I can't see how it's seen as a classic or all-time great.

High production values (Animation was amazing, OST is decent) + some breakaways from a few of the typical Disney tropes and themes (particularly a focus on a less romantic kind of love) which I think most people found refreshing.
That said, I agree with you.
