However, I don't want to be the creepy 20 something walking in to see this himself. I can't even do that with most other movies.

If you can't find someone to tag along with, its perfectly fine to catch it yourself. You may even enjoy it and meet someone else who does. Who knows? Give it a shot.

"You one of the five people who hasn't seen Frozen? Go with THIS lonely guy! I'll even cover your ticket!!!"
I can see it working.

See, the massive exposure of this thread makes me want to check out this movie.

Drag someone else along. I went with a friend who had already seen it.
But seriously you will be less creapy then the 60 year old guy who was in the theater by himself when I saw it.

But yeah, that animation is top notch. I know of a friend who may go for it. Honestly, this film seems more like an "event" than a movie.
Given all the history The Snow Queen has behind it, and Frozen's record breaking streak, yeah. Its an event.

Yeah, I'll try to get my friend to go with me, though I'm not gonna lie. I'd try the craigslist thing just to get the stories out of it.

Don't make the same mistake I did Hanar. Make sure to pick a time that won't have as many children ><

Speaking of, Idina's Let It Go is just over a million away from finally catching up to Demi's cover of it.

I am just the nostalgic type though. The future holds limitless possibilities, but the past holds timeless memories.

Thats it right there, its nostalgia. Yeah the past was great, but now its time for something new to take hold and be great. Otherwise we'd still be riding horses everywhere(I wouldn't mind that actually,
Anyway, your kids can totally grow up with the hand drawn Disney flicks. The young are impressionable, as long as you start them early, they'll enjoy them as much as the new stuff.

Yeah, that is true. The arrival of this new style doesn't invalidate or delete the classics from history. If anything, having such life like characters validates animation more. I'm just saying that I can see why someone who enjoyed the handrawn Disney could be upset that it's pretty much a dead artform. It sucks when you watch something you enjoy sort of fade into obscurity.
