Which is preposterous. Elsa's just got a soft spot with the fans, hence the increased art.
Ah well. Anna's doing better than Kristoff. And Hans is just left with stuff like THAT, poor lad. Ugh.

You should see someone about those voices you're hearing in your head that don't actually exist
Cause no way someone actually has that opinion

Definitely a bias in general. I get the impression that some even seem to think that Anna took away screen time from Elsa.

Well, Elsa had the best part of the film. Naturally people will gravitate to her just for that. Add that to the fact she's a solid character with character development/progression and that she subverts Disney stereotypes and its only too obvious she'd be the top fav.
Anna's solid too, but c'mon. Its Elsa.
Poor Hans though.

SPOILERS AHEAD IN CASE PEOPLE HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET BUT ARE GOING TO PARTAKE IN THE THREAD.
Second, I love the movie because it speaks to me from an artistic viewpoint. Let It Go -- probably my favorite song, the opening songs being second -- showed how Elsa was able to make beautiful things with her powers. Yet even so, there was no life to them. Come the ending, where love is revealed to be key to reversing Elsa's snowpocalypse, it also says a lot about art.
You can be a talented artist and make stunning things, but without love -- love of yourself, love of others, loved by others -- you really won't be alive. You'll be trapped in this cold, barren world. Pretty, but confining ultimately. And the longer you go without interaction and make isolation your primary friend, you'll simply reinforce it all.
Or stuff like that. I had this better phrased out in my head as I was watching it, dammit!
Third, Elsa's parents were horrible parents. Not that they tried to be, but it's just everything they did -- while stemming from love -- was counterintuitive more often then not. I can get why they did those things. They just didn't know what to do. It was just... out of their realm of expertise. But they were still pretty bad parents. Good parents too, but bad as well. The gloves may have been a good idea, but the isolation wasn't. This ties back into #2, because it almost killed Elsa's relationship with Anna and certainly led Elsa to fear her own powers. Because she never used them after that moment, she was never able to control them.
Merely repress them. And finally...
Fourth, Let it Go talks of getting rid of emotional burdens. Tying in again to #2, keeping all of your crosses on your shoulders alone is exasperating. It's tiring. It's draining. It's ultimately self-destructive. Repression is unhealthy. Confrontation is good. And personally, I think it's good that I waited a while to see it, because I had my own emotional issues I was dealing with and I was finally able to let it go. As a result, I can appreciate it even more because GOD I FEEL SO HAPPY AGAIN AFTER DEALING WITH MY OWN ****.
Fifth, I gotta say Hans is, while douchey, probably a guy that could've made a decent king for his subjects and he's an intelligent bastard. Sure he cares little about who he has to trample to get there, but that's politics. Not that I was rooting for him -- **** no! -- but if he was king it's not like he would've been a necessarily bad one. Just an **** for how he got there. Frankly, I wonder if he'd try to eliminate his brothers when he gets back home, assuming they don't try him for his crimes...
So all in all, I love this movie. Will buy when it comes out on DVD, and then probably on Blu-Ray as well will I buy it.
SPOILERS ARE DONE NOW.

Heh, reason why I liked Hans quite a lot. Not entirely sure wether him taking care of Arendelle on Anna's part was a mere ruse to cover his true identity, but I'd like to believe that he did have the peoples hearts in mind but was still going to get the throne by any means necessary.

For what its worth, I was given the impression that, while it's was their parents' idea to lock up the castle, it was Elsa's choice to lock herself up in her room and never see Anna for fear of hurting her again.

Elsa- Mage
Her Isolation- Being Taken to The Circle
The whole point was to teach her how to not hurt herself/innocent people and to get a handle over her magic. You know that if Anna was with her during those times, it would've been real easy for her to of been killed, given all Elsa had to do to create ice sometimes was to touch something.
Elsa being young+the ice strike is what created her fear of her own power, but as I mentioned before, her parents knew that emotion is what the key to controlling it was. They were teaching her that. Thats dedication. It would've been real easy to feign an accident and be like, "Welp, we lost our eldest. At least we have dear sweet Anna"
But they didn't.

Good to see that you enjoyed Frozen so much, as well as Let it Go having such a profound effect on you. I'll admit that due to similar shenanigans, I probably enjoyed it even more too.
In fact, I'd wager that's why its as popular as it is. Everyone has their own stuff going on, so It's quite easy to relate to. You don't often see that in a Disney film.
