Oh so now there is another priest there.

Can we all agree that Anders is an idiot.

You're being too nice.

I don't think Anders is an idiot, Anders knew what he was doing and what the outcome would be.

You could say that Anders is a lot of things but idiot is not one.

Oh he knew what he was doing, but he's still an idiot.

I don't see why we can't just have the Mages and Templars fight it out annually in a single combat tournament to determine who controls the circles that year.

You know......Nah. Too easy. Begone with your logic!

I am actually being serious. Just have them get it out in a once a year all out brawl and get all those pent up frustrations over with.

Seems to do wonders with Europe when it comes to football season.

Apparently the Templars in the Chantry are guilty simply by association with the Chantry. And the debris that fell all over Kirkwall and started fires, which we can SEE, miraculously didn't kill any innocents.

It's called magic for a reason, man. ;)

Well obviously it's because god and the devil did it. If they float, they're in league with satan and need to die, if they drown then obviously god didn't want them to live.

If you died from the chantry blowing up, you were evil because you were, and if you didn't, you were still evil for not blowing up the chantry sooner. #RusslerTheRustler

No. He has a whole product line at the moment. Subtitled: Freedom.

]Ah the "I didn't see it so it didn't happen" excuse.  Very popular with mage and Ander fans it seems.

Going by the same logic, Denerim has a population of 50.

and there are only eleven people living inside the Gallows until the very end.  Nine of which are Templars.  Everyone else lives in the Courtyard.  After all, that's what the game shows us.

Why don't we just agree to disagree but agree on the fact that DA2 was a rushed game and has many loop holes.

First of all sorry for grammar. :)

There definetely will be a huge battle between The Seekers and Mages. As we all remember it all began after death of Marlowe Dumar the Viscount of Kirkwall. The government of Kirkwall were taken by two people: Templar Knight-Commander Meredith and First Enchanter Orsino. It was obvious they both wanted only benefit from it. The Grand Cleric Elthina together with the help of Champion of the Kirkwall tried to calm down everyone, but the secret plan of Anders (or maybe it was spirit of Justice/Vengeance) ruined everything. He destroyed the Chantry - or as I say House of the hope with Grand Cleric Elthina. The furious battle began and in the end Kirkwall was ruined, left without order. After years the problem rised in Val Royeux and it was clear that this time the problem was caused by the templars itself, actually higher title than the templars: Seekers of the thruth (I don't want to spoil everything especially for those who didn't read last novel: Dragon Age Asunder). When i read that novel I thinked about it all. Mages are people like everyone, and from the begiining of the Circle of Magi they were treated bad, maybe it was because of the past before Circle started I don't know that for now. What I want to say is that mages are good and are bad, the same is with the templars. So it means that both factions mages and templars can't be the same way as before. In my opinion mages should have more freedom, they shouldn't be kept locked in tower. They could have a better place: big pallace or something else. Templars order should be restored from the beginning, because most of them seems to forget what they must do. Also don't need to forget chantry, it is one of the biggest connection between mages and templars. The Chantry should teach people about that how not to fear the mages. The chantry itself could be the circle for both mages and templars. It could teach both how to work together. Live together. But in my opinion to see everything that i've told and even more what is in my mind will take a lot of time, first there will be a big war maybe not one of them but second, third and more... But i think that it's possible, someday for sure.
I think Inquisition will answer all questions or will give a hint of what to expect.

Could we also agree that DA2 showcased extremes?  It may have provided some object lessons, but doesn't give us much fuel for drawing any conclusions about how most people might think, feel, or act.

The game allows you to support Anders and it even lets you be more extreme than him and I did choose to support him. I don't have to compare it to real life morals, its a bloody game. They were templars and they died, just like the hundreds of Templars my Hawke killed. Anders just did it loudly and in a fabulous fashion. Get over it already people.

You're a fool if you think that explosion DIDN'T launch debris that killed and harmed bystanders.

I don't know if it was the celeverness of devs or a mere accident. The so called explosion is very unique. Frist the chantry turns into small pieces then it goes up towards the sky then these pieces scatter, much higher than the ground.

What do you think set all those buildings in Kirkwall up in flames then if not the giant frag grenade that Anders turned the Chantry into?
