We surrender and will obey our Templar leaders.

Mages cannot be treated like people. They are not like you and me. They are weapons. They have the power to light a city on fire in a fit of pique.MisterJB wrote...

Please no violence, people! eluvianix and I realize our place in this world. We've finally read the endless chapters of the Chant of Light and finally understood the harsh reality about our kind. The Chantry needs to protect us just as much as they need to protect people from us. We carry a burden and curse. And for that reasons alone we must depend on the Templars to keep us settled. We accept the Templar order and the laws of the Chantry.
We surrender and will obey our Templar leaders.
Lol, that sounds so pathetic.

It is not the Templars you need to surrender to. It is the Maker and his light. Give Him my regards when you greet him in death!
Foul and corrupt are they
Who have taken His gift
And turned it against His children.
They shall be named Maleficar, accursed ones.
They shall find no rest in this world
Or beyond.

What kind of cake are we talking about? If it's Carrot Cake, I will be forced to throw my lot in with the Cherry Pie Sympathsizers.

Is there anybody that wants to switch side? So far we arrived to three (four, if we count eluvianix's qunari phase) people, though I don't believe any of those changes are genuine. It's more likely that Morrigan falls in love with Alistair.
You mean, changing from the stance of our previous protagonists? I'm looking forward to playing as a pro-elven Dalish Inquisitor (as in fighting for the People as the primary goal), as opposed to my Surana Warden and apostate Champion, who were mainly pro-mage in the decisions, whole that isn't necessarily true of the elven protagonist I'm looking to play. In the eyes of the Dalish, the templars and the Circle played a role in the fall of the elven kingdom of the Dales, so he would be cautious about both. He wouldn't automatically side with mages simply for being a Dalish mage; he's one of the Elvhen.
I'm going to base his reactions to people based on how it transpires, rather than meta-gaming from my prior experiences with my two protagonists. I could see my elven mage Inquisitor being wary of Cullen and Vivienne, for example; Cassandra would depend on whether she is still allied to the Divine, or acting as a free agent.

It seems like a pretty legit plan, though im not sure about the whole blood mage thing. The way i see it is that blood mages do what they do to get powerful, and who can prevent any blood mage becoming a malificar? Other than that, seems like an okay plan. go mages!
Blood mage = maleficar, as is anyone else who uses forbidden magics.
