Taking picture of a crowded "place" from distant is OK, but if you want to take their photo or filming them in less than 25 meters it's wrong. (Reason: I said so! ... seriously what is obvious in a photo from 25 meters?)
I would be really p*ssed off if someone takes my photo or filming me.

I don't know why people would be, it's not like there aren't cameras that the city put up or the owner of the store you just walked by wasn't filming you.

I mean there must be places that are exceptions right? If you're being a tourist in a popular area you're going to film other people, that's just how tourism works. If you wander into a shopping mall and start taping people with their groceries then you're a dick.

I would guess the way that works, is: neither is public space. Meaning they decide.

He is being extra 'charming' so people can react in mostly a bad way. I wouldn't mind as long as he is away from me, but I can see why people are cursing him outXD
