I know this should go in the Dragon Age 2 support forums, but I can't access them right now.

I recently bought Dragon Age 2 used for the PC, but I can't use the CD Key because it's used. I figured I could buy a key from EA, but I haven't found anything that says I can. I don't really want to buy from one of the CD Key sites, but I guess I will if I have to.

Thanks, all.B)

Have you tried customer service? I know its EA customer service but still thats your best bet as sad as it is.

I guess it's worth a shot.

You can buy it from Origin for $11.99.

I bought it as a CD because my connection would make that download last about 4 days. ;)

I think you can buy it and get the code and use it with your disc. Don't take my word for it but it would make sense.

You'll probably want to install the patches, anyway.

I think I'll try this, because most of the CD Keys I saw online were in the $8-$10 range anyway. If not I think I can wait 4 days....

When I bought my DA2, it was brand new but the code was no good. I sent the whole thing back to EA with receipt and they sent me a replacement free of charge (free shipping too).

If I'd bought a copy of DA2 and the key didn't work I'd use a keygen.

Sign in with the account that used the CD key. Like if you installed dragon age on another computer. I definitely had the same problem. My brother didn't tell me how he signed in...

Out of curiosity, did you get it in physical format or Dragon Age 2 to take into digital format?
because I knows that you have had the same problem too when I took physical form in the game, in fact it returned back, when I bought the store in stead of Origin last week I have not encountered problems in starting the game then I think it's a problem with the physical size of DA2.

I had to reinstall DA2 at one point and the code wasn't accepted because of old information - I already existed. I went to EA support online and they fixed it in about 10 seconds. (Maybe a little exaggeration).

Can anyone help me or point me to where I can get any help making DA:A run on my Xbox? I have it but it won't download from the disk. (Ultimate edition). I'm sorry I don't know where else to put this because I can't start topics. :/
