 I have shadowkeeper and I have firguered out how to change npc protraits but, I cant figure out how to change Arie's If you know she starts out as an ogre when i go into the overide shadowkeeper folders all of her stats and features are set to an ogre. I cant seem to figure out how to change her portrait to the one I want after she turns into he normal body. I dont know if any body can understand what im saying I just hope mabie someone who has tried to change her portrait can comfirm it isnt possible or can tell me how they figured it out. Thanks

If you recruit Aerie first and then go into Shadowkeeper you can change her portrait easily.

ya that didnt work i dont think you can change the portraits of npc thats are already in your party

To be clear, portraits for the npcs belong in the override
folder … npc stands for non player character like Aerie or Minsc while your
character is different and his | her portrait needs to be in the portraits
folder.

1) Open up shadowkeeper and open the saved game file with Aerie in it.
2) You will see on the left a portrait of your PC with a scroll bar below it.  Click on that to scroll through all the members of your party.
3) With Aerie selected click on change portrait.
4) Choose your portrait (shows all those you have in your Portraits folder as well as all the normal NPC portraits).
