Maybe, but it has been this way for many games in the past. Just don't be too surprised when you get the Collectors Edition of the game and discover that the "CE exclusive documentary" mainly consists of the videos who have been published all over the web weeks before the release.

Some examples where it has been that way: TES 4 Oblivion, Empire Total War, Dragon Age Origins.

I recorded it on my DVR but the last few minutes wasn't recorded because of Wrestling, so when it came on again today I watched it live and recorded again.

I think it's not the topic starter who is confused.  Since the first of these videos got released on masseffect.bioware.com it clearly said "1/4".

I just revisited the video category of the site and surprise surprise, part 4 is up.
